How
we got here
By Terry Wiley Wiley's world started in 1993 with two credit cards, an idea and a prayer. With Julie holding down a real job as a nurse, I began making noodles and ravioli to provide to stores and restaurants. Soon our present location on Ashland St became available and we began to serve lunches along with retail pasta and sauces. Thanks to a few local articles about our new business and the wonderful word of mouth advertising, we got busy enough that Julie came on board full time into the noodle world. Soon came our first employee, longer hours and eventually we grew into a full fledged pasta restaurant open seven days for lunch and dinner. Eight years later I know that organic food tastes better, it's better for you and it is a great way to live. We love the Mother Earth and want to help protect her for the good of generations to come. |
